  1. Processing time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as new collection drops, holiday seasons, or major sales), processing times may take up to 5 business days.

     

           2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options               within the United States:

    USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. and speed options (standard, expedited)

    • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) – $8 or free on orders over $150
    • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – $10
    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – $15

     

    3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

    If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at minalanaae@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

       

          4. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States, Mexico, and              Canada. We do ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

     

          5. Lost or Damaged Packages Mina Lanae is not responsible for packages lost or             damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at                             minalanae@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage                 and we will work to make it right.

     

          6. Returned to Sender If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address              or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional              shipping fees may apply.
